1. Service Booking & Scheduling
- All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
- Deep Clean reserves the right to reschedule or adjust appointment times due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., severe weather, traffic, or equipment maintenance). We will always inform you promptly in such cases.
2. Payment Terms (Strictly Cash)
- Cash on Completion: All payments for services rendered must be made strictly via Cash Payment upon the completion of the job on-site.
- Authorized Collection: Cash must be handed over directly to our designated team lead before our crew leaves your premises.
- Pricing: Final quotes are provided based on the shared measurements or scope of work. Any significant changes discovered on-site may result in a price adjustment.
3. Customer Cooperation & Access
- Property Access: The customer must ensure our cleaning or pest control team has safe, unhindered access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Utilities: The customer must provide reliable access to electricity and running water, as these are essential for our specialized heavy equipment and cleaning processes.
- Valuables: While our staff is vetted and highly professional, we advise customers to secure personal valuables, cash, and high-value fragile items prior to our team’s arrival.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
- On-Site Inspection: We strongly encourage customers to walk through the property with our team lead once the job is finished. Any areas needing extra attention will be fixed immediately on the spot.
- Reporting Window: If any post-service issue or oversight is discovered after our team has departed, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. Deep Clean will investigate and address legitimate concerns accordingly.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand that plans can change. There is no cancellation fee, but we kindly request that you notify us at least 12 to 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
6. Modifications to Terms
- Deep Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of any revisions.
